Something very important was taken away from us in the last few years, but, honestly, overachievers took it away from themselves long before that.
Lack of connection - authentic, real, human interaction - for social, exploration, and business growth reasons - has left us feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, overworked, and isolated.
We all think we’re the only ones experiencing it, because we’re all hiding from each other - pretending like all is well, all the time - when we’re not hustling our asses off, that is.
We’re not built to live like this. We NEED connection, but overachievers hate small talk and hate being misunderstood, am I right?
This is precisely why this space was created - to curate an environment of achievers, givers, and giant hearts where we can get real and have high value conversations.
Exploring means curiosity. Curiosity is the gateway drug to wonder. And when we dare to wonder, giant things happen.
What’s in it for you?
-
Community + Clarity
Gently guided sessions + conversation starters with like-minded and like-hearted people - adventurous, driven, fun - about the things that actually matter - the next best step for your business or life, relationships, growth goals, mindset work, how to be better humans, find our true purpose, and tap into our zone of genius.
Deep questions and methods that bring us more acknowledgement and more clarity about what we want so we can steady our direction.
Beth is a high level coach and often calls in surprise guests, so you’re in good hands. -
Rest + Recovery
Rest isn’t just about body, it’s about mind, too. We build in plenty of time for you to resource yourself however will fuel you best.
In order to access the best versions of ourselves and our best ideas, strategies, and solutions, we need space and time. This is the one thing many overachievers skip right over which causes them to make decisions from overthinking, exhaustion, or overwhelm.
-
Exploration + Fun
Whether we’re surfing, fly fishing, hiking, or taking the paths less traveled on ATVs, we’ll always be finding ways to be present in the natural world. It’s an immensely healing place if we’ll take time to connect with it.
Come willing to try new things and look like a beginner. It’s part of the process. It’s innately vulnerable, yes, but it makes us better leaders. Don’t worry - Beth’s always willing to go first - just because she loves it doesn’t mean she’s good at it!

Love.
Beth’s personal ethos is “Lead with love (but take no shit)”, so we can’t leave this one out.
You’ll leave these experiences with love of life (gratitude), love of new friends, and, perhaps most importantly, a new or rekindled love of self - call it confidence - in who you are and where you’re headed.
